General Contracting

 

This is the most traditional method in which construction is handled, with the client and/or it’s consultants publishing bidding documents to one or more general contractors, collecting proposals, then making a selection and contracting for the construction. While this is a proven method of project delivery and can be successful, there is a challenge in finding a general contractor that not only has the experience and capabilities, but the desire to produce the results you require and expect at the price agreed upon. In many instances the general contractor makes attempts to re-trade items by excluding or substituting materials, or by changing out subcontractors where quality or time may suffer in an effort to manage greater profits. That is not the way Pinnacle does business, Pinnacale provides our clients with transparent, high end services that includes coordination of all construction permitting, site logistics and early completion provisions as may be required, site security and control, weekly meetings and access to Pinnacle's cloud-based project database that includes reports, photos, schedules, submittals, and close out documents.
