Construction Management

 

Every client desires to achieve maximum cost and time savings for their projects,  employing a Construction Manager is a method in which to accomplish those goals in lieu of the General Contracting or  the Design Bid/Build  methodology. The Construction Manager is where a client would engage Pinnacle at the project’s conception to coordinate a project in its entirety. This effort brings into fold not only our Pre-construction Services, but it allows Pinnacle to participate and enhance to a great degree the planning and design phases, then in the field execution phase. Project schedules and costs can be improved significantly using Pinnacle's Construction Management process, compared to a hard bid, general contract lump-sum approach. Our Construction Management approach will provide for an amicable and collaborative team effort where the client, its consultants and ourselves are working from the same script from day one through completion thereby eliminating adversarial issues that may arise in the traditional bid/build situation. This method allows us to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price or Cost Plus Fee agreement fairly early in the process, and to design/build (value engineer) towards those costs; while still allowing for competitive bidding in the local subcontractor and supplier markets. This also provides for the upfront scheduling and potential procurement of long lead items that could impact the projects time line. The Construction Management method is a team effort that Pinnacle leads, ensuring a high quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcome for any type of project.
